Hey! Welcome to my site, quick intro I help in healing and connecting with the soul through the physical body. I am a yoga teacher, pilates teacher, personal trainer and life coach. 

I offer online group fitness and meditation classes (timetable below), one to one coaching sessions and thai massage. Please feel free to get in touch if you want more information​.
